Craigslist.org

Craigslist.org is one of the premier sources of jobs in the country. They offer free job listings under the subsections of "jobs" (traditional ft/pt) and "gigs" (shorter term projects). One negative of allowing free job listings however, is that you do have to sometimes wade through a bit of spam or invitations to shady websites. Keep in mind it usually is not a good idea to have to pay for access to a work-at-home plan.

When search the Craiglist job listings, make sure to select the telecommute check box offered at the top of the screen. You can also narrow your search down with other options. Unfortunately, the telecommute option is not present for the gigs section, but often you can identify if a job lends itself to telecommuting by the description.

Don't forget, there are Craigslists in every major city and many rural areas as well; don't be afraid to go to websites from multiple areas if you aren’t planning to commute to work each day.
